Poor show. wrong item. then not in stock. then no email sent next day as promisedCheap prices are great. They messed up but dont believe this is the norm.

First Class products and service but needs an Economy shipping optionThis is a wonderful online retailer with super service. My only complaint is that shipping outside the UK is only offered via FedEx, which is expensive. It would be nice to have a really cheap option.

Trustworthy but a little bit slowWe ordered our shoes and got a message that the shoes were sent.After a week I contacted the site. The people there were attentive but asked me to give it a little more time. Anyway we received the shoes after a total of 15 days.

24 August 2012 Excellent Service! I found Handles 4 Doors on google and after comparing prices against other retailers, soon found that H4D were not to be beaten. I needed my order pretty quickly but saw on the website that they didn't offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, just a standard delivery. I phoned H4D to ask if they could send out my order any sooner and they said they would have the items despatched the next day but couldn't guarantee when I would receive them as they use a courier service. I went ahead and placed the order online at around 4pm. To my delight, the order arrived before lunch time the very next day. I am more than happy with the products I ordered. All very good quality and much cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. I would definitely use H4D again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
