04 December 2011 Poor service Received ordered and notified it slightly damaged, reported and replied to replace....but over 2 weeks no replacement received! Never buy from this company again !

ExcellentI always get excellent service from Supadance. The shoes are not only cheaper including freight than buying them locally from an agent they arrive within a week of ordering. If there are any issues with my order then someone from Supadance gets in touch via email and issues get sorted very quickly. The shoes are excellent quality. The only issue I have from time to time is that I cannot get exactly the size and colour and heel size I want in particular style even if I am prepared to pay extra for a special order.
