Delivery too longWe ordered on the 9th and they only arrived on the 17th. We'd paid for delivery so would expect delivery in no more than 4 days.We'd also tried to order one of each size and got 2 the same so not sure if our issue or website issue.***We did not get free shipping and product was incorrect

Easy to order and goods always arrive quicklyMy last delivery did not arrive within a couple of days as usual so I rang Barrington Sport and chap I spoke to went to courier to chase my delivery. Chap came back to me within the hour and it turned out the courier had lost my parcel but was found and would be delivered the next day which it was. All sorted without any hassle to me.

---Can't believe how fast it arrivedPhoned gear Zone with a couple of queries and the lady who answered was incredibly patient and helpful, thanks for that. Ordered Rab Bergen waterproof coat and it arrived less than 24 hours late - incredible.Have worn it once in claggy weather on the moor, all fine.
