31 October 2011 Dear Mani I¡¯m sorry that you felt we deserved a 1 star review for our products and service. I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling. Noah's Ark GlovesI ordered these after finding them on Easy Wellies' website. The site is fine, the service efficient and the gloves are lovely, but unfortunately they were far too big for a 4-5 year old's hands, so I've had to return them. The information on the website led me to believe that 'one size' would be suitable. They're quite large - in fact almost fit my hands, and I'm an adult - and I imagine that a much older child (say, 10 or 11) would find them a bit babyish.

Best service anywhere The staff couldn't have been more helpful - i was in the delightful position of having a shoe panic for for an event two days later on a Sunday. Phoned them to check and was able to order on the website on the Friday and they arrived on the Saturday with free delivery. How many other retailers give you free next day delivery and include Saturday's in that? Quite wonderful.
