Brighter than I expected :)First of all I didn't have any problem buying from internet even in possible problems in international postal system.sales and accounting staff was very handfull and focused on problem solving (I needened to return the items I bought because it's colour was too bright than I expected and I ordered a wrong size I'm afraid), my new order shipped on the same date which they receive retured goods... that was excellent and the products are as well...So I'm very happy with my new shoeses... My only questionary is; the colour of the products must be more realistic and it's necessary to follow invoice and orders2 status on internet.Many thanks

Fast and efficient service with suppport info supplied along the wayOverall good service in terms of easy ordering, tracking of order & parcel was even of a good standard. Only comment would be P&P for orders over ¡ê100 should be waived as this is a potential off putter for using Jules B again.
