REALLY NICE PRODUCT BUT SLOWLY SERVICE OF TRANSPORTI HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I'M REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE CONTENT. ON THE OTHER HAND THE SERVICE OF FEDEX IN SPAIN IS RUBBISH. ITEMS WERE IN MADRID LAST WEDNESDAY AND I HAVE RECEIVE IT TODAY AFTERNOON IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY (3 HOURS FROM MADRID).IN MY OPINION NEGATIVE SERVICE THAT YOU MUST IMPROVE AVOIDING TO INCREASE COSTS.THANKS & REGARDS.

Couldn't be better! Recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and the whole transaction went extremely smoothly from start to finish. Didn't have any problems such as having to send back for a refund or exchange, so don't know whether this would have gone to plan or not. As far as I am concerned I would use this company again.

Satisfactory outcome Order delivered quickly, but discovered a sale sticker on sole of one of the boots showing a cheaper price than the one paid. After a telephone conversation it was agreed I would be refunded the difference.

Amazingly Easy WelliesI spoke to a representative over the phone and her knowledge was excellent. I ordered a pair of wellies there and then and took the option of the standard delivery. The wellies were delivered before 12noon the following day and in the slot previously advised to me via text message. FANTASTIC !!
