01 October 2012 Gold star service - really helpful with great product knowledge Spoke to one of the team in the first instance to ask about comparable rim and mortice locks as I have a combination of doors. Excellent customer service from LauraThe boots I purchased were the best price I could find on the internet, due to the one day Christmas offer price. Following my first purchase, Shoetique had also sent me a ¡ê10 off my next order loyalty voucher, which made them even cheaper! The boots were despatched and I received them the next day - good customer service. Unfortunately the boots were sub-standard so I contacted Shoetique customer services and Laura personally attended to the problem, including checking the replacement pair to ensure they were perfect. The replacement pair was despatched to me a soon as I had a certificate of posting for the faulty pair.
