30 April 2012 Easy to use website, good value and fast delivery A great store for all your handle needs. The handles we bought look really lovely and are excellent quality. If I was to provide any feedback it would be to check that you have all the bits you need for your handles. The handles I bought didn't have the internal mechanism to lock the door but I didn't realise you had to buy them separately. I had to buy these locally which caused some hassle.

Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.
