FRIENDLY FOOTPEOPLE WHO CAREVery efficient order system, great to have next day delivery. Dissapointed when the shoe's arrived in my normal size but they were to big. Rang Shoetique and got some helpful advice. I was also given the telephone number of the shoe manufacturer to contact them direct with regard to size advise. Would be good to have a guide as to how the various styles fit with a brief bit of information about foot widths etc. Asked for an exchange. Hope the same efficiency in receiving the replacement.

GreatAlthough they convinced me to spend a little more than i intended to I am convinced that the advice i was given is right. I hope so the replacement pair are coming on friday!I need to viruscide my wellies for work and the new ones will be able to put up with this abuse - for ever so i'm told. That is a long time!Fabulous delivery options, if you are unsure about what size to order ring them before you buy. I would have benefited from that advice.Ramble over happy shopping!
