Great service, very helpfulI used Jules B when ordering some clothing as a Birthday gift for my partner. I rang the helpline to enquire about returns policy - after all I am a man shopping for clothes for my female partner!! The helpline staff were great. Wonderful serviceI have some Chiruca boots from Easy Wellies, I needed to change my order form my original choice, but the staff were very helpful, and I am very please with the boot. I am a size 6 but ordered a size 7 as I need to use an instep support and always wear thick socks, this is fine and the boots are very comfy and warm. Thank you so much for the excellent service, prompt delivery and quick refund on the previous purchase which was not suitable. I will use you again and recommend you to friends.

Hockey stick hits the mark!The stick arrived and was well received. It looked exactly the same as the picture (which is always a relief) and has been used with great excitement. It even scored it's first goal on Sunday!

11 September 2012 Nice handles - but be careful what you order! I ordered 12 sets of Urfic Constance Door Handles on Backplate. What was not made clear was that every bolt (24 in total) needed cutting down to fit the width of my internal doors. A threaded sleeve is pushed from one side in to which the bolt is screwed from the other. When I questioned this I was basically told 'tuff'. They are designed to fit different width doors and you have to cut the bolts down to suit. What is wrong with having conventional screws? I'm not particularly happy - nor is my joiner!!
