Beautiful shoes and excellent serviceThese are the second pair of supadance shoes I have bought, both on line, though these the first from Supadance directly. I love the look of the shoes and they seem to fit well although I have not yet worn them and of course that will be the real test as to comfort and fit. I did order half a size bigger than my standard size because I found when I bought the other pair that my own size came up a bit small. This seems to have been the right thing to do as the ones I have just bought appear to fit very well. I also received the gold and silver shoe creams as ordered and it all arrived very promptly and as promised. Well satisfied.

10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain.
