23 December 2011 <br/>Great qualitiy and delivery - design could have been better placed however I ordered a mug, fairly last minute, as a xmas present. Found the website and the design of the mug easy to navigate. Really impressed with the quality of the wording, picture and mug. My only concern is that the picture is situated on just 2 thirds of the mug meaning there is a large area of blank space. i did ask for it to be wrapped around. I would definitely use this company again but next time i will be more likely to go with the two sided design. Cost and delivery were both fantastic.

Difficult to add to orderWe placed an order for shoes and a glove but forgot to add the shorts we needed. So we completed the on line form as instructed(and we couldn't ring as it was a Sunday night)Only to find the order dispatched minus the shorts and if we wanted the shorts we would have to pay a delivery charge. Not the customer service I wanted or expected.Although the prompt postage of the other items was appreciated for the start of the season
