Just love this company - fantastic to shop with I have used shoetique several times now and have only praise for then, next day delivery, brilliant choice, excellent prices and when I did have a problem it was dealt with immediately and very courteously! Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.

22 October 2012 <br/>Value for money with great service I have used the TShirt Studio twice now and have always been really pleased with the results. I was a little sceptical the first time as their prices are so much more resonable than many of the other more well known companies, but I've gone back a second time as I was so impressed with the results. The customer service is also really good and when I had a problem with one of the items I ordered it was rectified straight away, no questions asked. I would totally recommend them to other people and will definitely use them again.
