If only all companies treated you this wayAs someone who buys 95% of goods online now I have experienced the good the bad and the ugly of company service. Jules B have broken the negative mold and then some.From ordering to delivery they kept me informed and ensured I knew when the item was safelThey use Royal Mail, now I know better than anyone that there is no such thing as a perfect delivery firm but the beauty of RM is that their sorting offices are local to most people whereas some of these smaller, cheaper firms can be 25+ miles away meaninI would happily recommend Jules B to my friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Shoe heavenOrdered some fab fitflops that I had been wanting for ages but were too expensive. Then noticed the sale price at Shoetique! Put in my order and the shoes arrived the very next day!!! Cant get better service than that and NO POSTAGE OR PACKING.!
