13 December 2011 Ok quality handles but with no fittings Ok, not very high quality handles and came with no screws to fit

Speedy and well-informed service.Item arrived quickly with free postage. Return was easy and free. Emails kept me informed of the progress of the order. Excellent service. Cannot review item as it was returned and a replacement unavailable as it was a sale item.

02 November 2012 <br/> Perfect to get "shirty" with!! I always defer to T-shirt Studio if I want a good quality personalised item (they do other stuff too) and I want it quickly. Their service is excellent and orders are despatched incredibly quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

We fully understand your frustration over the carrier charges to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, but every carrier has the same policy and the cost is so prohibitive that we have no choice but to pass it on to our customers. We would indeed have agreed to send your knobs by Royal Mail, but do not seem to have received a request from you regarding this. For any future orders you may consider, please call or email and we will be happy to do our best to find a solution to the carriage cost. Unfortunately, at the moment, our website is unable to determine the weight of a product to give it the ability to choose Royal Mail or Carrier-we are working on this. This would then allow any products under 1kg to be delivered by Royal Mail, anywhere in the UK. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. Kind regards Suzanne Faulkner Director Mike Graham

Efficient!!!Love the shoes - fit is great. Delivery exactly as advertised! Royal Mail (love them - they're local!) What I wanted (fitflop due black leather 8) was in stock, fits beautifully, and were on my feet exactly when I expected. What's not to love? Will be ordering a second pair from the same place, so I don't run them into the ground. Now, patent? Or leather again..... Hmmm..... Fitflops are so good for my feet!
