Service with a smile!My Chiruca wellies arrived only 2 days after I placed the order, which I was surprised at, especially as postage is free. They were a great fit on the calf but too big in the foot. As a weekend of football and horse riding loomed in the rain, I went around to the warehouse, and was met by a lovely smiley man, with the patience of a saint! As as well as a saintly smile, he was a wealth of information, and very quickly had a good selection of suitable wellies in the office for me to try, all in 2 sizes. Needless to say, I left with some great wellies, and felt that I had the right wellies for the jobs I was expecting them to do.A huge Thank you - just wish I had brought a boot jack as well!

Best website for hockey gear!Ordered a selection of hockey gear - under armour, socks, shorts etc. Barringtons offer a great range at competitive prices & speedy delivery. Highly recommended

Recommended product then refused to exchangeI contacted Easy Wellies and spoke to a gentlemen explaining that I needed a welly boot to wear on our farm. I explained that the current ones that I was wearing were causing me a lot of pain when walking the dog on uneven ground. I was recommended to purchase a Aigle boot and was promised that these would definitaly solve the problem. After receiving the boots I took the dog for a walk and found no improvement. I then contacted Easy Welly and was told that as I had worn them outside I could not return them, but how else was I going to try them? I am no left ¡ê149 out of pocket with a pair of boots that were just as good as the ¡ê50 pair I was already using.

Not 100% satisfiedThe colour of the polo is different, much less bright then the one advertised. I think it's a very unfair practice.The scarf is nice. Still I am not happy because of the polo issue. Don't know whether I'd recommend them/buy there again
