22 June 2012 Good Knobs, Good service & Good experience. Found staff most helpful with excellent service & delivery was very prompt. 26 x Beech cupboard knobs were the best design I could find & look superb on refurbished kitchen. I wish all web purchases were so easy. Peter Walsh Cheshire

Supadance is Superi have been waiting for my order to arrive before writing this review. in terms of service i would definitely say that team supadance is super. a series of emails were sent (and promptly answered ) before i finally decided to order on supadance's website considering that i live in the philippines and was not sure whether team supadance would cater to orders from the philippines. i'm glad that i did. i no longer had to course my order to a purchaser which charges double of what i pay if i order directly from supadance's site ( which i did for the past 6 years ). thank you team supadance for the excellent service. i will definitely be ordering again soon for another pair.

22 May 2012 <br/> Excellent Customer Service I designed and ordered 4 hoodies, all the same but 2 large and 2 small. First the image I used wasn't good enough quality so got an email very quickly apologising to me for the delay, as soon as I sent better quality images (took a couple of days) my order was dispatched immediately for next day delivery. THEN, when they arrived I discovered a spelling mistake on only two of the four items, which turned out to be my fault. The lovely lady I spoke to insisted on replacing them at no cost to me and they duly arrived two days later. It's a very long time since I experienced customer service like this from a British company. Well done guys, and I will definitely use you again!!

05 August 2012 Nice knobs, shame about the screws The cupboard door knobs were just what I wanted, but the screws were not long enough to go through my doors. I had to buy more, which were cheap, but also pay the ¡ê3.95 postage charge, which was five times the cost of the screws. Why not offer different screw lengths in the first place, or at least say what length you are going to supply with the knobs, so longer ones can be ordered with knobs to save two postage charges?
