Failed to follow up phone enquiry for a fortnight despite prompting!I e-mailed an enquiry and had an intial acknowledgement from someone called Laura. I heard nothing more and after sending 2 e-mails in a fortnight, rang and had a helpful response and quick free delivery. I was ordering Fitlops but you can buy them more cheaply on several other web-sites, which is probably what I will do in the future.
