12 June 2012 Straightforward transaction, good product, happy customer! Delivery took three days. The cabinet handles look to be of good quality and I'm pleased with how they complement my cabinets. The online specs say there is a 5 year guarantee, However, there were no details (included with the product) as to how to access this if the need were to arise.

Too much to return item!Not happy as Jules B 'recommend" recorded delivery to return items...it cost me 12 pounds! Other companies give free returns so in future I will not be purchasing...shame because delivery etc very quick and easy web etc. but COME ON! Wouldn't have minded but Barbour XL jacket was so mis sized it was tiny!
