Sent wrong goods - right shoe wrong colour and ignored my email. Stll waiting a response PoorI ordered black, they sent brown. I emailed and there was no response. Except they ask me to fill in a survey. I would rather have had the right goods.

Reliable, speedy and great valueThis was the second time I have used Shoetique. I researched what I wanted (Fitflops as I have a foot condition and they help) and found they were least expensive with Shoetique, ordered them Sunday night after 10 PM, watched their progress online on Monday and they arrived by 10 on Tuesday morning. I'm really pleased with the product, the price and the service and would definitely recommend Shoetique.

Great service, very helpfulI used Jules B when ordering some clothing as a Birthday gift for my partner. I rang the helpline to enquire about returns policy - after all I am a man shopping for clothes for my female partner!! The helpline staff were great. Thankfully, I did not needThe delivery service was excellent - with clear and precise information together with a helpful text message to give a one hour slot for delivery.
