Excellent service from ordering to receipt of goods Goods were easy to locate and order and arrived very quickly by free delivery as promised. I was most impressed with the service as I had arranged for the delivery to go to an alternative address in order for the parcel to be signed for during office hours and I was sent a text as soon as the goods arrived confirming the delivery had been completed successfully. Excellent service all round.

---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??
