Simply the best delivery I have experienced!I ordered my wellies at 4pm, and I had an email within the hour saying that they had been despatched and that they would be arriving the next day. This in itself is brilliant, but I then received a text to say the hour that they would be arriving with the option to change my delivery day. Why can't other online companies follow your lead. Look great but quality not greatThese boots looked fab and are very comfortable but the quality is not very good at all. When they arrived they had a chip in the faux suede but as I wanted to wear them that week I didn't send them back in case it took too long. After only 2 or 3 wears the faux suede had rubbed off in places and the heel had come away from the shoe. Although they were not expensive I would have expected them to last longer than this
