Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.

Amazing customer service!I had a minor issue with a product I ordered and so contacted Barrington Sports about this by email. A day or so later I received a telephone call from a Director about my issue and he dealt with it in a prompt, effecient and very friendly way which is without doubt the best customer experience I have ever had following an problem.The actual online purchase itself was very easy and delivery extremely quick. The issue wasn't really Barrington Sports fault but they dealt with it amazingly and I commend them for this. With this kind of service they will have many years of success with many very happy customers.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, perfectI have ordered a couple of things from Barrington Sports before so they are one if my first ports of call for cricket and hockey kit. My husband commented when the items arrived the very next day and was so impressed he is now waiting until the astro turf shoes we want to buy come back into stock rather than look elsewhere.
