20 October 2011 Very fast and responsive Having ordered five sets of handles and one set of handles with escutcheons, we actually received six sets of handles. With one phone call, they were very apologetic and we received the missing escutcheons within a couple of days.

04 October 2012 Solid and tactile Having seen these handles in use in another house I purchased them for my new doors. The carpenters were most impressed with the quality and they really set the doors off. Excellent value.
