04 February 2012 Quality handles arrived quickly. Efficient service. Enormous choice of handles. Phoned and got good advice as to what I was looking for. Delighted with the quality of what I picked (around ¡ê15 mark). Took 5 days to arrive.

Disappointing but not entirely your faultI ordered some Converse for my daughter's birthday and asked them to be delivered to her, at her university hall of residence in Sheffield. I paid a premium rate for next day delivery so she would have them on her birthday. They were delivered but the receptionist refused to sign for them, so they were taken away. No delivery card was left explaining what to do next, but a note was left on my computer. I tried to fill in the computer form to arrange for next day delivery but the form did not fit my circumstances because I did not have a failed delivery reference number, and I could not find a telephone number anywhere to ask you for advice. I half filled in the form and sent it by mistake, incomplete. I could not get back into the form to finish it properly and I was left not knowing whether the shoes would be delivered or not. In the event, they were - but not in time for the birthday.

Quick delivery, only let down by your courier who did not leave a cad to say they had left the items at a neighboursOrder - BA701249Very quick delivery. 2 days. Only issue was that I checked tracking which said my item had been delivered when it had not been delivered to my house. The courier had failed to leave a card noting that they had left the items at a neighbours so i had to try and find the items all day. I left a message through the tracking system only to be told that the courier was someone else and they couldn't answer my query about my delivery / non delivery.

Minor manufacturer defect refunded 12%Good deal on bred 4 Jordans rrp ¡ê125. Small defect on left sole. Contacted the store and the problem was resolved quickly, knocked 12% off! The staff members were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend J-Bees to everyone!Top service 5 stars all round
