15 July 2012 Caught my error and corrected it with a call! All the items were high quality with fast service. The best bit was receiving a call questioning one item on my order which appeared incorrect , it was so it was corrected. Great service.

As Laura mentioned to you, we desperately tried to source another pair for you from our supplier, from our store and from other retailers but everyone was sold out of your size. I know it's of little consolation but we did let you know straight away and refunded you immediately. We also offered you a discount code as way of any apology. We have asked Clarks to let us know if your size does become available and we will contact you straight away if it does. Good luck in finding another pair Apologies once again Stuart

Product good, Ordering easy - help line helpful - delivery prompt but not always to the right address! Read on.I ordered a size 4 as the next size down was a 35- 36. The parcel tracking was really useful when I was told it had been delivered, Unfortunately not to me, the driver must have had a senior moment and took it to our neighbouring road. When i finally tracked them down I found they were a little too big so organised the swap option. Arrived in my office as requested the following day- still felt they were big to discover they were the same size as I returned! Rang easie wellies who organised another swap (free of charge)to my office. The driver didn't have an address label for the returning box and I had a phone call the next day from e. wellies to say that a jumper had been returned instead of boots! Moral of the story - Easy Wellies - try to be honest with the sizing and say if they are generous or not . You offer a great service and good product, only let down by the driver
