---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great

28 February 2012 <br/> Excellent product, delivery and customer service I had a complicated design that I wanted at short notice for Crufts in a few days. I communicated via email and had very prompt replies, the design was drawn up to my needs and emailed for my approval... It was spot on! It was sent the following morning and arrived the following day. Looks superb and I know people will be green with envy on the day ;)

Excellent service Of course, I ordered the wrong size shoe, and of course there was none of the right size when I returned the first pair. But I got a really friendly email, asking if I wanted them to look out for a return of the right size, and lo and behold, only a week or so later, a package arrived with the right sized shoes in them - excellent service!

Great boots, great serviceI am very pleased with the Tayberry wellies and the service from Easy Wellies. I usually get Hunters but am fed up with the rubber splitting round the join on the top of the boots (usually within a year) and decided to try another brand. These boots are about ¡ê20 cheaper than a pair of Hunters, much more sturdy but still attractive to look at, lined for extra warmth, and with a year guarantee. I am very pleased with them, they are very comfortable and warm. I would recommend getting a size smaller than usual as they are quite roomy. I use my boots for dog walking so they get a really good workout. If you want fashion boots, go for Hunters but if you want a pair of boots that last and keep you dry and comfortable .... then don't!!!!

Excellent My husband has R/A and has found fitflop sandles help ease the pains in his feet ,but he can,t really wear sandles in the winter .He didnt want lace up shoes so he thought he would try clogs .Ordering was simple and delivery fast he thinks they are great ,a little tight across the top of the foot but theyu are new and as we are both size 7 I,ll waer them in for him!
