Excellent service and reasonable pricesBarringtons is not always the cheapest provider - you can often find the main brands cheaper elsewhere - but is a very trustworthy one. Seeing the stock levels of what you want on the web site is very useful and saves a lot of time ordering something then finding it's not in stock. Orders are dispatched promptly and I've never had a mistake or delay in what was delivered. With my last order I bought 2 stick bags as presents, found they weren't what the recipients wanted, and Barringtons agreed straight away (responding to my e-mail request within a few minutes) to refund the money towards the purchase of alternatives.

Easy to order and goods always arrive quicklyMy last delivery did not arrive within a couple of days as usual so I rang Barrington Sport and chap I spoke to went to courier to chase my delivery. Chap came back to me within the hour and it turned out the courier had lost my parcel but was found and would be delivered the next day which it was. All sorted without any hassle to me.

This is a rule stipulated by FitFlop to every UK FitFlop retailer and is aimed at protecting local FitFlop distributors in non-EU countries. Australian FitFlop distributors have in the past complained when we have sent parcels to Australia! If you go to FitFlop.com you will be able to see your local distributor list. 29 March 2012 Great experience I am very happy with my purchase of four pairs of door handles, latches/locks, 6 coat hooks and packet of door stops . Delivery was prompt, service excellent and the items package securely to avoid damage. I have no complaints whatsoever. 5 stars all round.
