---Fast delivery and slow but good customer service.I ordered a jacket before the christmas season and it arrived promptly. However it was an uncomfortable fit and I decided to return it after christmas. The suggested time to wait for a refund is two weeks and after this time passed i still received no payment. I wrote an email asking about it and attempted to call multiple times. I could not get through. I finally tried contacting Gear-Zone 25 days later and got though. The staff was very nice and in no time at all she said i would have funds in my account within the next few days. My verdict: You can safely buy from this store because the delivery is quick and the customer service, although slow in my case is very good.
