31 July 2012 <br/> Fantastic Tshirtstudio.com have been fantastic. The logo i downloaded was not the best quality and tshirtstudio.com informed me of this straight away. I rang them and told them that i had a larger image of the logo but didn't want it that big on my product. They said no problem and they could sort this out. Sure enough they did. Ultra-professional from start to finish.I bought a blue Kids Barbour jacket and the customer care I received was excellent.Delivery date when it suited me, a 1 hour time window on day on delivery and basically keeping me updated many times gave me peace of mind knowing where my item was.The presentation of the item was first class as well with the item well wrapped in a box as if I had bought it in a shop. I would definitely use Jules B again in the future.

---Very good all roundGreat gear, best prices I could find for what I was looking for. Goods arrived promptly. Only niggle was they accepted my order for all items but could not source one. It was a sale item and they could get no more stock in my size. No alternatives offered and no discount offered on alternatives.However, overall a good experience.
