Speedy service and reasonable valueOnly a simple order, but fulfilled without fuss and arrived very quickly, the only reason not to give 5 stars is the description of one item was slightly off - but still happy with it and the options for delivery are limited - a longer time option at less cost would have been good

Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.
