Value for moneyBought a Gray-Nicolls Powerbow LE Andrew Strauss for ¡ê325 whereas cheapest alternative was ¡ê375. And the postage was free and it came with a cover and it arrived in 48 hours. What's not to like!

18 December 2011 Disappointing When ordering the handles I was not informed that it was coming from elsewhere which meant it took longer. I informed Angie the builder was there on the Friday and I needed them for htat day. I was told by Angie that I would receive the handles the next day first class delivery but this was not the case, they came on the Saturday when I was out and I had to collect them on the Monday which was too late and they were not the right colour. I am now left without any handles for the doors and have lost ¡ê6.95 postgage in the process. Extremely disappointed with the service

26 October 2011 GREAT SERVICE Found a perfect set of satin stainless steel handles at a great price for my oak doors. Also bought mortice and deadlocks. Easy to order, delivered quickly, packaged well. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.
