19 July 2012 Poor experience I ordered items the website implied that the normal service for in stock items was dispatch that day or the next, when neither happened I chased and my order was still in process and then the earliest delivery was the following week. i was told to ring to cancel order but the phone is consistently busy. Very disappointing

Perfect and helpfull ordered direct with them rather then through another source as delivery was 24 hours. (in fact i ordered at about 2 pm and had them mid morning next day There was a little confusion over payment (all to do with me) phoned them up and really helpful , checking records and everything Great Service
