Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff with quick delivery!I found the prettiest wellies for my wedding, but had trouble making the online payment. So I rung the number on the website, someone answered immediately and took payment over the phone. I was worried about delivery times, and they assured me that the standard delivery would reach me in time, and not to pay extra for the express service. Faultless!First time I've used this company - found their information on the best boots for different uses very helpful, but this was eclipsed by the service: I ordered my wellies online in the early evening on the Thursday and they were with me by 12.30 the following lunchtime! I am so impressed (and the boots aren't bad either!).
