Excellant serviceBat arrived as per promised 2 days from ordering and was well packaged, some blemishes on the face of the bat I would have prefferred not to have but other than that ok.Bat came KPP (Kookaburra Pre Prepared) would be good if rather than it just telling you this, if it actially explained if it still needed oiling and how much more knocking in it required.

Poor int'l shippingThey sent me a pair Converse (GBP 34.99 + freight GBP 10.00) without declaring the goods on the parcel. As a result, it came in 1 week later than expected and I had to pay for the Swiss Post to open the parcel, store it, write to me to request a copy of the invoice and present it to customs (CHF 34.10 approx GBP 23). I complained to them about that. The answer was they would check the problem, never got any other answer back. This made my Converse over 60% more expensive than they would have been if they had put a custom declaration on the parcel. I definitely do not recommend them for int'l business.

Fabulous quality and excellent service.I was very impressed with customer services and how they handled my email enquiery. I received a response from customer services within half an hour of contact and my quiery was quickly and fully resolved.I found the website easy to access and navigate. As for my wellies, I was very pleased with my purchase. Good quality product offered at a reasonable price. Overall a very pleasant, stress free shopping experience.
