All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. Very responsiveI couldn't tell if the transaction went through. I sent a request to customer service and received an immediate response the next morning and the goods were shipped immediately.I didn't care for the Fedex experience which as nothing to do with your service. Communication issues because of importing goods.The box was damaged on the corner and was open to the inside but their was no damage to the jacket.

Order not without its hitches but expertly dealt withPurchased some new goalkeeping kit from barringtons, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and wrong size in 2 of the pieces. Barringtons were excellent in agreeing to change the kit and offering free postal returns for exchanges, brilliant and reassuring when getting high priced products. I did however have a wait a significant time to receive my exchange, I started to worry it hadn't been received so emailed customer service who apologised and said my item would be shipped the next day. What do you know few days later my kit arrived on my front door.This wasn't the last drama with my order as on delivery the external courier decided to leave my kit on an open porch and when I returned home to the card through my letter box my item was no longer on the porch. Barringtons were excellent and once the courier had confirmed the item probably had been stolen (which took a weekend) barringtons shipped me a new item and said they would
