Super ServiceI was looking for a novelty pair of wellies for my teenage daughter and found exactly what I wanted, a pair of wellies with pictures of cup cakes all over them. I ordered them on line and they were delivered within 48 hours which i felt was excellent service. They were bought as a gift so I am unable to review them properly yet as they haven't been worn yet, but they look really cool!

Paramount were paraexcellent.Sadly the trainers were not a good fit, (too narrow for foot) but I had a sympatheic responce, prompt refund and excellent service. 100% recommendation.

---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great
