---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??

Absolute satisfactionThe online ordering process was quick and easy. I really thought payment would be a hassle but that happened faster than I could have any second thoughts... In the end having second thoughts would have been a waste anyway because the product I ordered got to me very quickly, and is absolutely perfect-worth the money I paid for it. Enquiries made during the process were handled speedily and courteously. I'm very impressed.

Absolutely excellent - this is a wonderful company to deal with. I love these shoes, the styles are brilliant and I can walk anywhere in them. Shoetique is aces above the other suppliers, very fast delivery, perfect shoes, absolutely brilliant.
