10 May 2012 Good handles shame about the screws. Excellent delivery and good quality handles at a reasonable price. However the screws that came with the handles as usual have poor quality heads. Once used never to be used again. I am hoping that I can undo them when we re-paint the doors.

Great company to do business withOrder arrived before the estimated time of arrival. Not checked the item as it's a present but not expecting there to be an issue.I had earlier mistakenly thought I'd made an order online, and used the online chat to find out where my order was, the person who I dealt with was really helpful and helped me resolve the mistake in a very friendly way. Order not without its hitches but expertly dealt withPurchased some new goalkeeping kit from barringtons, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and wrong size in 2 of the pieces. Barringtons were excellent in agreeing to change the kit and offering free postal returns for exchanges, brilliant and reassuring when getting high priced products. I did however have a wait a significant time to receive my exchange, I started to worry it hadn't been received so emailed customer service who apologised and said my item would be shipped the next day. What do you know few days later my kit arrived on my front door.This wasn't the last drama with my order as on delivery the external courier decided to leave my kit on an open porch and when I returned home to the card through my letter box my item was no longer on the porch. Barringtons were excellent and once the courier had confirmed the item probably had been stolen (which took a weekend) barringtons shipped me a new item and said they would

10 November 2011 <br/>Outstanding quality, service and price. I ordered a poster for my daughter and I was so pleased with the result. Communication was excellent and they also went the extra mile by offering help and advice. Before the poster arrived a was a little concerned about what the quality would be as the poster was so cheap! However when it arrived in its secure tube it was fantastic! Will definitely use again.

Easy to order, delivery to BFPO address quick.It is always a lottery ordering goods when it has to be posted to a BFPO address, but this whole experience worked perfectly and my Fitflop clogs are blissful.
