FANTASTIC! Information, service, delivered!Easy Wellies are brilliant - its the best service on the web or anywhere! Great customer service and advice when you call up. Not trying to push the most expensive but something you will be pleased with... rare! Knowledgable tooOrder placed 15:00 delivery next day 10:30.... exactly within the time window given by the named driver... just marvelous!

Looking for the perfect wellyHaving ordered and received promptly a pair of wellies which were far too big for me, I telephoned the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful girl who explained at great length how to return them; also which alternative type of boot to order .I sent back the first pair via a local shop - one of hundreds all over the country which do this service. The second pair arrived a day or so later, and were a size too big again! This time they went back as a 'swap out', the correct size wellies were ordered, arrived by carrier the next day, and the second pair taken away. All monies spent on the two wrong pairs were refunded within a few days.I was very impressed by the efficiency of this company, what could have been a complicated nightmare was carried out without a hitch.
