Wrong item sent but great customer serviceI was very disappointed to receive the wrong item and it was a lot of hassle to send the item back. I was refunded the cost of the item but not the postage which meant I had to call them and request a refund for postage. I found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. I think the range and price of footwear is fantastic along with good customer service, bottom-line, despite the annoying mistake, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Shoetique again!

No hesitation using JulesB againI ordered a barbour jacket on a Fri afternoon (it was cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked) and it was delivered the following Wed which I was v happy about. Packaging was first class. I would definately buy online from JulesB again.

Comfy fitflops from a great supplier I have several pairs of Fitflops, two of which I've purchased from Shoetique. Their prices are great, delivery fast and communication second to none. I will definitely return to Shoetique again. Highly recommended.
