Excellent product - excellent serviceI love these wellies - the best I have ever owned. They are very comfy and lovely and warm. The service proveded was also excellent. They were delivered very speedily and I was informed by text exactly when they would be delivered and given the option to text back to change the date or have them delivered to a neighbour. 16 May 2012 Co-operative and a speedy service Goods were dispatched promptly. I made a call to the office as some screw covers were inadvertently left out; as it happens, it was an easy mistake. They were sent out the same day and arrived the next. You couldn't ask for more.

---Fast and efficientI ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. They arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit and were returned. The return procedure was simple - just use the supplied label and post the item back. An email, again within a couple of days, was received to acknowledge that the item had been received and that the refund was being processed.
