WHAT A SHAME - An excellent service let down by the delivery organizationI needed to get a pair of good quality wellingtons for my son in time for Christmas but realised that it was getting late. An internet search showed that "Easy Wellies" gave an excellent choice over a huge price range and could deliver in time for Christmas. I did a quick price comparison and found "Easy Wellies" offered excellent value so I placed an order on 13 December.Everything went well - very efficient emails keeping me up to date with the progress of my order and telling me that it was on its way via "UPS". TheUPS tracking gave an impressive, almost minute by minute, timing of my delivery. However at this point doubts were triggered by a previous experience with them.Being conscious that my address can cause delivery problems I added a comment to my order: "Delivery - NB 57 (my cottage No.) is on even side at junction with Green End Road" and was pleased to see that this was noted on the "Easy Wel

Brilliant service & product !The boots arrived promptly and were fantastic. Its hard finding a perfect boot and have tried more expensive ones than these and failed. These are good because the preolene is all on the inside where as those which have it on the outside dont last. The preolene breaks up and cracks. Overall very happy !
