Fast and Efficient delivery, too short a returns policy.Good delivery service but I think their returns policy is too short. 7 days is too short a time, when you're working and a busy mum its difficult to arrange time to get to the post office in such a short time. 18 October 2012 <br/> Awesome baby grow created Found the site really easy to use, up loaded a picture and put text on the baby grow and when it arrived it matched what i had done on-line perfectly, would recommend to anyone wanting personalised items. Although i would have liked a little more control of the text size on the back of the baby grow. Over all spot on.

Prompt and easyEasy website to navigate, not the cheapest (but priced okay), but prompt service. Had a problem with the base layer i received having a click in the middle of the chest - not a massive problem as underneath my footy shirt, but didn't like having to pay to return it. Had an issue last summer where i ordered a long sleeve and received a short sleeve base layer. Again would have had to pay to return it - you must change this policy when its not the customers fault. Overall, i do like Barrington's service and tend to purchase at least once a year, but it could be more...
