Not happy Never had a pair of Fitflops so though I would go to shop and try a pair on. Shop did not have any size 10's. Tried 9 & 11 neither fitted so assumed 10 would be okay. Ordered a pair of size 10 over the phone from the warehouse. Told the next day it was a stock error and the ones I was after were not in stock! Not sure if this is a successful way to run a business but I am not a happy customer

Size mattershi , the wellies are really good, waterproof etc, unfortunately the size tens are a SMALL SIZE 10, and i find them too small, i thought by wearing them for a while they might "stretch a bit " ----no so.regards, Malcolm Gittins.

Bloody marvellous, amazing customer supporThe first pair I ordered were a bit too big, but the next size down weren't in stock. I rang the support line and a very helpful man called James ran around getting people to try out the different sizes in an alternative brand he'd suggested to make sure they'd be right.Couldn't ask for anything more, best post sales support I've ever had!(and the replacement collection service made it all dead easy)
