10 July 2012 I really like the pewter finish, stunning! When on the website looking for period handles to suit our renovation of our grade 2 listed house, I came across the new Shepherd's Crook window fasteners and stays from Ludlow Foundries. On navigating through I saw that the stays were available in pewter but the window fasteners did not appear in pewter finish from the search page whereas the stays did. I had to hunt some to confirm that the fasteners were also available in pewter. I also has some problems with the payment pages with 3D Secure not returning with the result from the card provider and had to finish the transaction manually by phone the next day to get my card charged and confirm the order. There was no problem with that as they had the full order details on tap. We got a good discount triggered both at item count of 10 or more of each type and also at total monetary value of the order over a threshold, so feel that we got a good deal. Bought cricket shoes but supplier didn't supplied with extra studsBought cricket Adidas shoes half studded Which are brilliant shoes,efficient delivery but when opened box didn't find extra studs in the box. Supplier should think which playing cricket sometimes we loose studs on the ground and this extra studs comes handy... Providing extra studs not going to cost them a lot ... Will recommend friends
