---Great service, fast delivery, excellent product range!I've been searching long and hard for a long, warm, waterproof coat. I finally found one I liked - the Merrell Haven, which had great reviews. Gearzone quickly came up as the best price as luckily it was on sale with them - no matter how hard I searched I couldn't beat it! When I came to make my purchase I had a good look at the other products and turned up some Merrell Oslo snowboots - perfect to go with my coat and winter-proof me for the coming months in my windy, rainy, snowy village. They were also reduced, which made my impulse buy seem justified. Also a pair of kids wellies knocked down to ¡ê5 - bargain!It all arrived super-fast. My only gripe - card payment didn't go through direct from the site and I was alerted to this by e-mail which sat in my inbox for a couple of days before I realised I should read it! 23 August 2012 Had to chase up to get goods delivered No communication re progress of order was recd after payment. Had to call a week later to find out where my order was. They informed that they didnt have it in stock. It was delivered belatedly. Not acceptable.
