---Poor delivery serviceI had to chase up the delivery and was told that an attempt was made to deliver at my office and there was no one available to accept the order. In the end I asked for the package to be sent to my billing home address and it arrived today just in time.

---Good fast delivery & communicationThe shoes came quickly - were very small - I immediately raised a query through customer services and Ian very quickly contacted me and assured me he'd look into it if I sent them back.
