Customer service is horrendousOrdered a jacket in my usual uk size, too small. I contacted customer service and asked for assistance with the return shipping as it was obvious the designer runs small -- absolutely not. $100 to return to the uk? Never again

---Useless delivery methods - UK MailUnfortunately even after 1 week, goods were not received, nor was there any indication that the delivery co had even visited our address. According to Gearzone (who assumed all had gone well from their end), when they tackled the courier, they said that on 2 occasions they visited and left cards - the courier is completely unreliable (A bunch of liars - UK Mail - Carlisle Depot).Have had excellent experience with Gearzone before, but with different couriers - awaiting a new order by a different delivery method or a refund.

11 August 2012 Purchase HANDLED very well. The whole experience of buying handles for my kitchen units, from 5 samples as i requested .on deciding one i liked and that was difficult as they were all nice and decently priced ,nice quality . the delivery and communication was very good. this company is highly recommended. even the joiners made a comment on my lovely handles and they have fitted a good few kitchens.
