Easy transaction, quick delivery, helpful customer servicesI ordered the boots as requested by my son for Christmas, they arrived the next working day; then I contacted the customer services dept to ask about returns or exchanges, should they not fit, after Christmas since it would be more than 10 days after delivery. They responded almost immediately saying that their Christmas exchanges policy is extended to mid January, so that is brilliant.Overall, very pleased.

07 December 2011 <br/>Excellent Service - Great Product I ordered a mug which I personalised to reflect a pop star as I was unable to find a mug for Devlin for my daughter's Christmas Stocking. I used a 2 screen shots from a web image and a combined them on the mug. I was really pleased with the quality of the mug and the speed in which it was delivered. Great value for money I was delighted to find a pair of Fitflop which I had admired for some time at a bargain price that I could afford to treat myself to a pair of Fitflop's without feeling guilty about unnessary spending
